60 minutes EMDR Individual therapy is 250$

55 minutes Individual therapy is 175$

60 minutes Couples Therapy is 250$

Group Sessions

50 minutes Group sessions are 60$ an hour each individual

Sliding scale fees may be offered dependent upon the counselor's discretion.

Aetna and United Health care are accepted however they will not cover therapy intensive retreats or full therapy intensive sessions.

I can provide a super bill for other insurances and for therapy intensives.

Insurance co-pays and rates may vary. Your counselor will discuss this with you during the intake process.

You can expect a 15-20 minute phone conversation where you will discuss what prompted you to seek therapy, questions about therapy, modalities used, and other inquiries. I will share about my expertise and how I can assist. I will explain the process of therapy and intensives.

If we both feel we’re a good fit for one another we will move forward with scheduling. I will offer to follow up in a few days, to give you time to make an informed decision.

Through the intake appointment you can expect a deep dive into your needs, barriers and current pain points. We will set realistic goals for your treatment and identify any successful strategies that have previously worked for you.

For the intensives: This session will be a creation and review of your trauma timeline and current state. We will identify and process you symptoms and goals for treatment.
