How I can help

As a trauma therapist offering Christian counseling, my approach integrates faith with evidence-based modalities. I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where individuals can explore their traumatic experiences within the context of their Christian beliefs. Through the integration of scripture, prayer, and spiritual practices, I help clients find comfort, strength, and guidance as they navigate their healing journey. By addressing both the emotional and spiritual aspects of trauma, I aim to empower individuals to find healing, resilience, and restoration in their relationship with themselves, others, and God. Together, we work towards healing wounds, cultivating hope, and embracing the journey towards wholeness and fulfillment.

I am a licensed chemical dependency counselor and a licensed professional counselor who specializes in trauma. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and DBT in my therapeutic approach.
